Our State of art we have designed a Top suction canopy hood for the suction of smoke while tapping above the tilted furnace table. This total arrangement will be specially sized for induction furnace application where the transfer of molten metal is to be done by ladle car only. Effective suction will be 80% to 90% depends on your shed site conditions.

In addition to that the Powered Side Draft Hood is designed for induction furnace application, in which emitting smoke will be sucked from the source while charging through magnet then poker action during melting period. Effective suction will be 80% to 90% depends on your site conditions.

Highlights of Indofan Hood

• Magnet charging can be done without moving the hood.
• Poker rod / Manipulator can be used without moving the hood.
• Ladle car and rail arrangement to be used for liquid metal transport to caster machine.
• This arrangement avoids huge investment on secondary pollution control system. Hence, this system is taking care of suction of smoke during melting & tapping periods.
